You can export all your data at any time. We hold your data for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it on request.
Does the Business plan include Tally sync?
Yes. The Tally Connector is a small Windows service installed on your accountant's PC. Every naffo.tech transaction — invoices, purchases, receipts, payments — posts to Tally automatically in the background.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are billed the pro-rated difference for the remaining days.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly — equivalent to about 2½ months free.
