Verify your key & download

Paste the Naffo license key issued for your subscription above. Once it is verified, the Windows installer download starts immediately.

Install Naffo Desktop

Open Naffo-Desktop-Setup.exe from your Downloads folder. Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt on unsigned builds — click “More info” → “Run anyway”, choose an install folder, and finish.

Launch & activate

Open Naffo Desktop from the shortcut. In File → Desktop Settings… → License, paste the same key to activate this PC. Activation is required before local ERP signup or unlock.

Optional: connect Tally

If you use TallyPrime on the same PC, install the Naffo Tally Connector and enable ODBC in Tally (F12 → Connectivity → ODBC Server → Yes, port 9000). The desktop app bridges to it automatically.

Your license key

License keys are created only by Naffo Super Admin for approved subscriptions and use cases. They look like: NF-VZSQW-Q5D38-9ZPAN-MLD8S

  • • Paste the key above to verify eligibility and start the installer download.
  • • The installer does not use a seat; a seat is used only when you activate the installed app on a PC.
  • • The app needs a quick online check-in once every 21 days — a few seconds of internet is enough.
  • • Moving to a new PC? Deactivate the old one in Desktop Settings → License, then activate on the new one.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work without internet?

Yes. All day-to-day work — billing, purchases, stock, ledgers, reports — is 100% offline. Internet is needed to verify your key, for periodic license refresh, AI features, cloud sync, and updates.

Where is my data stored?

On your own PC, in the app's local database (%APPDATA%\dhandho-desktop). Nothing leaves your machine unless you turn on cloud mode or sync.

What does the license key do?

A Naffo-issued key verifies that you can download the desktop installer, then activates your subscribed number of PCs. Activation is machine-bound and enables local ERP use, AI features, cloud sync, and auto-updates.

How do I get a license key?

Keys are generated only by Naffo Super Admin for approved customer use cases. Contact sales@naffo.tech or your onboarding manager to request one.

How do updates work?

With an active license, the app checks for updates automatically and installs them on restart. GST changes and new features reach you without reinstalling.
