Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using naffo.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

naffo.tech provides cloud-based business management software including GST-compliant invoicing, inventory management, manufacturing workflows, dairy procurement, accounting, Tally synchronisation, and Claude AI integration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing date.

4. Your Data

You own all business data you enter into naffo.tech — invoices, parties, products, transactions, and reports. We process your data only to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time via the Settings export tools. Upon account cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days and then permanently delete it unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate tax evasion
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software without written permission
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or excessive automated requests
  • Misrepresent your identity or business information in invoices

6. GST Compliance

naffo.tech automates GST calculations based on the configuration you provide — GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and tax rates. You are responsible for verifying that your configuration is correct and that your filings comply with the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. naffo.tech is a software tool, not a tax consultant. For complex GST matters, consult a qualified Chartered Accountant.

7. Tally Connector

The Tally Connector is a companion Windows service that integrates naffo.tech with Tally Prime on your local machine. Installation requires Windows 10/11. The Connector transmits transaction data between naffo.tech servers and your local Tally installation over an encrypted connection. You are responsible for maintaining valid Tally licenses on machines where the Connector is installed.

8. Claude AI Integration

The Claude AI integration uses Anthropic's Claude API to execute ERP operations through natural language. All operations performed via Claude use your account credentials and permissions. Financial operations (invoices, payments, receipts) require explicit confirmation before execution. naffo.tech is not responsible for actions initiated through the AI integration that you explicitly confirm.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the web application, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services including the NIC e-invoice portal, Tally software, or Anthropic's Claude API.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naffo.tech's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes that reduce your rights require explicit acceptance before the change takes effect.
