naffo.tech is an all-in-one business management platform for Indian SMEs. We replace the patchwork of disconnected tools — invoicing in Tally, stock in Excel, collections over WhatsApp — with one connected system that keeps every number in sync, in real time.
Why we exist
India has 63 million SMEs. Most of them manage their finances across three or four disconnected tools: Tally for accounting, Excel for stock and analysis, WhatsApp for payment follow-ups, and a pile of paper for the rest. The result is data that never agrees, month-ends that take a week, and owners who spend evenings reconciling instead of growing.
We built naffo.tech to fix that. One system where a sale invoice updates stock, triggers a GST entry, lands in the party ledger, and is visible to the owner on mobile — all at once. No double-entry. No reconciliation lag. No EOD data dump.
We went deeper than generic invoicing software because the real workflows are genuinely complex: dairy plants grading milk by FAT and SNF, food manufacturers tracking batch yield and by-product allocation, FMCG distributors running route-based collections. Generic software can not handle these. We built each module from the ground up for the actual Indian operational reality.
