What counts as an eligible referral
A referral is eligible only when all of these are true:
- A new customer who has not had a Naffo account before
- Signed up through your referral link or code
- Took a paid subscription — a free trial alone does not count
- Not cancelled or refunded within [V] days
- Not a self-referral (your own business or accounts you control)
- Not from ads that bid on “Naffo” brand keywords
Disclosure, conduct and taxes
Disclose every time
You must clearly disclose any paid, commissioned, or free-product relationship with Naffo in every promotion (e.g. “#ad”, “#sponsored”, “#partner” at the start of captions and verbally/on-screen in videos), in line with ASCI influencer guidelines and applicable Indian consumer-protection rules on endorsements. Only make claims that appear in the “Approved claims” list, and do not make tax, legal, or filing-outcome promises.

If you are a member of a professional body (for example, a Chartered Accountant in practice), you are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with that body's code of ethics. For practising CAs, we offer non-cash Practice Benefits by default instead of cash commission. Please check your professional rules before accepting any benefit.
Taxes
Commissions are paid net of applicable TDS. After approval, partners must provide PAN (and GSTIN if registered). Partners are responsible for their own tax filings.

Is it free to join?
Yes. There is no fee, no investment and nothing to buy. Applications are reviewed by the Naffo team, and participation is subject to the Program Terms.
Do I need to be a Naffo customer?
No. Creators, accountants and consultants can apply without a Naffo account. Existing customers can also refer a business from their account.
Refer a businessHow is a referral tracked?
Your referral link stores a first-party cookie in the visitor's browser for [C] days, and your code can also be entered at sign-up. If a visitor uses more than one partner's link, the last click counts, and a code entered at sign-up takes priority over a link. Full rules are in the Program Terms.
When are payouts made?
Payouts are made [monthly], after the [V]-day refund/validation period, net of applicable TDS, once your PAN is verified. Any minimum payout amount is set out in the Program Terms.
Can practising CAs join?
Yes. Practising CAs receive non-cash Practice Benefits by default instead of cash commission. Please check your professional body's rules before accepting any benefit.
What can I say about Naffo?
Use only the claims in the “Approved claims” list in the Creator & Partner Kit, always with a clear disclosure. Do not promise time savings, profits, tax outcomes or compliance results.
