કયો referral eligible ગણાય
Referral ત્યારે જ eligible છે જ્યારે આ બધી બાબતો સાચી હોય:
- નવો customer, જેનું અગાઉ ક્યારેય Naffo account ન હતું
- તમારી referral link અથવા code થી sign up કર્યું
- Paid subscription લીધું — ફક્ત free trial ગણાતું નથી
- [V] દિવસમાં cancel અથવા refund થયું નથી
- Self-referral નહીં (તમારો પોતાનો business અથવા તમારા નિયંત્રણ હેઠળના accounts)
- “Naffo” brand keywords પર bid કરતી ads માંથી નહીં
Disclosure, આચરણ અને tax
દરેક વખતે disclose કરો
Naffo સાથેના કોઈપણ paid, commission વાળા અથવા free-product સંબંધને દરેક promotion માં સ્પષ્ટ રીતે જણાવવો જરૂરી છે (જેમ કે caption ની શરૂઆતમાં “#ad”, “#sponsored”, “#partner”, અને videos માં બોલીને/screen પર), ASCI influencer guidelines અને endorsements સંબંધિત લાગુ ભારતીય consumer-protection નિયમો મુજબ. ફક્ત “Approved claims” યાદીમાં હોય તેવા જ claims કરો, અને tax, legal અથવા filing-outcome નું કોઈ વચન ન આપો.

જો તમે કોઈ professional body ના સભ્ય હો (ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, practice માં Chartered Accountant), તો તમારી ભાગીદારી તે body ના code of ethics નું પાલન કરે તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાની જવાબદારી તમારી છે. Practising CAs માટે અમે default રીતે cash commission ને બદલે non-cash Practice Benefits આપીએ છીએ. કોઈપણ લાભ સ્વીકારતા પહેલાં તમારા professional rules જરૂર તપાસો.
Tax
Commission લાગુ TDS કાપીને ચૂકવવામાં આવે છે. Approval પછી partners એ PAN (અને registered હોય તો GSTIN) આપવાનો રહેશે. પોતાની tax filings ની જવાબદારી partners ની પોતાની છે.
ભાગીદારી Program Terms ને આધીન છે. Naffo, Terms માં જણાવ્યા મુજબ સૂચના આપીને પ્રોગ્રામમાં ફેરફાર કરી શકે છે અથવા તેને સમાપ્ત કરી શકે છે. Terms ટૂંક સમયમાં – applications ખુલ્લી છે

શું જોડાવું મફત છે?
હા. કોઈ fee, investment કે ખરીદી નથી. Applications Naffo team review કરે છે, અને ભાગીદારી Program Terms ને આધીન છે.
શું મારે Naffo customer હોવું જરૂરી છે?
ના. Creators, accountants અને consultants Naffo account વગર apply કરી શકે છે. હાલના customers પોતાના account માંથી business refer પણ કરી શકે છે.
Business refer કરોReferral કેવી રીતે track થાય છે?
તમારી referral link visitor ના browser માં [C] દિવસ માટે first-party cookie રાખે છે, અને sign-up વખતે તમારો code પણ નાખી શકાય છે. જો visitor એક કરતાં વધુ partners ની links વાપરે તો છેલ્લો click ગણાય છે, અને sign-up વખતે નાખેલો code link કરતાં ઉપર ગણાય છે. સંપૂર્ણ નિયમો Program Terms માં છે.
Payouts ક્યારે થાય છે?
Payouts [માસિક] થાય છે — [V]-દિવસની refund/validation અવધિ પછી, લાગુ TDS કાપીને, અને તમારો PAN verify થયા પછી. કોઈ minimum payout રકમ હોય તો તે Program Terms માં જણાવેલ છે.
શું practising CAs જોડાઈ શકે?
હા. Practising CAs ને default રીતે cash commission ને બદલે non-cash Practice Benefits મળે છે. કોઈપણ લાભ સ્વીકારતા પહેલાં તમારી professional body ના નિયમો જરૂર તપાસો.
હું Naffo વિશે શું કહી શકું?
ફક્ત Creator & Partner Kit ની “Approved claims” યાદીના claims, હંમેશા સ્પષ્ટ disclosure સાથે. સમયની બચત, નફો, tax પરિણામ અથવા compliance પરિણામોનું વચન ન આપો.
